Owner and Operator
Graig Weiss is the hands-on owner and operator of Bloomin’ Blinds, handling sales consultations, installations, and more for this family-run business. Initially a side venture, Bloomin’ Blinds quickly became Graig’s passion as he discovered the joy of connecting with customers and helping them transform their homes.
With over 20 years of leadership experience, Graig previously led Foundation Academies in Trenton, where he grew enrollment fivefold, improved facilities, and achieved nine consecutive years of 100% college acceptance. His earlier roles included teaching in the South Bronx and the Dominican Republic, founding a school in Punta Cana, and consulting for Cambridge Associates in Boston.
A proud graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with two master’s degrees, Graig enjoys spending time with his wife, Alice, and their three children, Emma, Noah, and Liam. Outside of work, he loves to travel and ski, bringing his adventurous spirit to both family life and business.
